If you have any questions, comments, or issues throughout the course, here are two ways you can contact us:

1. Using the contact details found in your automated enrollment "[Snapshot Mini-Retreat] Welcome" email from the Life in Bold Institute. (NOTE: Teachable also sends enrollment emails. This particular WELCOME email will come from me, not via Teachable.)
   1. Subject line: [Snapshot Mini-Retreat] Welcome.
   2. If you can't find it in your inbox, check your other folders, including Junk, Promotion, and Spam. If you still can't find it, reach out to us via the Contact Form in your student profile so we can resend it. (details directly below)
   3. To ensure emails regarding the course get delivered to your inbox, add the "From" email address to your address book and/or mark as "safe" or "not junk".

Please be patient. (Allow time for a real human to read and respond!) That said, if you haven't heard back within 48 hours, the cyber-gremlins may have eaten your message. In that case, please resend! If your welcome email included contact details for "Urgent" situations, this is a suitable time to use it.
